DECEMBER 2020: READING ROOM OPENING HOURS

We inform the kind scholars that the Library’s reading room will be accessible in December 2020 according to the following procedures and opening hours:

1. The Reading Room is open on December 9, 2020 from 9.00 to 17.00. Only for this day, reservation is not necessary, but a maximum of ten scholars at the same time will be admitted. Upon reaching the maximum number of people in the reading room, any other scholar will not be admitted.

2. The Reading Room is open on December 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 from 9.00 to 17.00, the library’s staff will set an appointment with precise date and time for each scholar. Scholars without reservation will not be admitted on these days.

3. To be admitted on December 10, 11, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, scholars must write to [email protected] no later than December 8. Requests will be answered by 5.00 pm on December 9. In order to guarantee the social distancing requested by the current law, a maximum of ten people at the same time will be admitted.
