After over four hundred years of history Veneranda Biblioteca Ambrosiana is continuing its opening up to the world trajectory, structuring its original mission in the digital sphere too thanks to the digitalisation of some of its manuscript collections and the adoption of advanced technologies, in order to allow the widest free use of its digital contents.

The Accademia Ambrosiana comprises eight classes of studies.
Their task is to offer a significant contribution to the city and the world of research, by securing intercultural exchanges that can effectively create the common good in keeping with the Federician motto: Dei gloria et communi utilitate.
